Everyone in Singapore should know about the terrible wedding photos that went viral last week. In the online world, there lies two groups of people: the one that thinks the couple is trying to get unjustified compensation by just showing the ugliest twenty images online and ignoring the other 800++ images that might look good, and the one that thinks the photographer and bridal studio are in the wrong due to their lack of professionalism.
If you’ve forgotten what happened, here’s a recap.
Whichever group you belong to, here’s something new for you to chat about during your next coffee session with your friends.
After the photographer came out to defend himself and then apologize, the name of the bridal studio has since been exposed to all: Feline Wedding. In addition, the photographer has also disclosed how much he was paid: at $350 for the entire wedding day. That is way below the market rate, as professionals usually charge more than $1,000 for Actual Day (AD) photography.
When the photographer first defended himself, he posted some images that he took and edited that day, and they look decent. However, that post has been deleted.
So, last Wednesday, Feline Wedding Facebook Page posted some images of that wedding to promote their wedding photo shoot. Guess which wedding they used? Yeah, the one that we’re all familiar with.
But instead of choosing the worst images, they chose the best images (ar bo then!?). It sure looks like there’s some hidden meaning behind that decision.
With this, it seems like it’s the closure of the matter. In any case, it’s all just a field day for the Internet. Let’s move on, shall we?
Over in TikTok, there’s a drama involving property agents that’s caused by us. Here’s what happened:
