A 36-year-old motorcyclist has died following a collision with a bus in Woodlands, Singapore, on 9 May 2025.
According to the police, the motorcyclist was taken unconscious to Khoo Teck Puat Hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
The Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) and police were alerted to the incident at around 6:25pm. The accident occurred along Woodlands Avenue 12, towards Woodlands Avenue 10, near a junction.

The 43-year-old male bus driver involved in the crash has been arrested for careless driving without reasonable consideration, causing death.
Police investigations are ongoing.
Previous Incidents in Woodlands
This is not the first fatal traffic accident in the Woodlands area.
On 1 September 2022, a collision between a car and a Tower Transit public bus at the junction of Woodlands Avenue 9 and Woodlands Avenue 4 resulted in two deaths.
In that incident, a 32-year-old car driver was pronounced dead at the scene, while a 53-year-old female bus passenger, who was unconscious upon hospital admission, later passed away.
Nine other individuals were taken to Khoo Teck Puat Hospital for treatment.
