Ms Pereira contacted the seller called, ‘nespressosales’ on Carousell to purchase some Shaw cinema’s movie vouchers.
Initially, things started off fine but suddenly, it took a weird turn.
First, she was being deemed as, ‘talking like a scammer’.
Next, Ms Pereira was told that she was ‘spamming excessively’.
After hurling some accusations, the seller decided to take things up another notch by threatening ‘to call the police for assistance’.
The conversation went on for a few minutes.
It ended with the seller wishing Ms Pereira ‘luck in cheating at the casino too’.
All these while Ms Pereira was as cool as a cucumber.

The post received a fair share of comments after Ms Pereira shared it on her Facebook page.
Most were confused in general about how a simple request to purchase movie vouchers can blow out of proportion.

The best thing that came out of this weird encounter?
Someone who understands the plight and offers a pair of, in this case, movie tickets.
Klook responded to Ms Pereira after coming across the post.
Praising her for ‘taking the experience like a champ’, Klook then gave Ms Pereira a complimentary pair of tickets.
