It’s pretty obvious that our health is something that is quite important. We’ve been taught that since we were young. We have always been sent for health checkups in schools, and whenever we felt a little sick, all attention would be on us to make sure that we get well as soon as possible.
We are also told to exercise regularly to keep fit so that we don’t suffer from health problems when we’re older. We can’t eat too much junk food either because they can cause serious complications like high cholesterol and obesity in the future.
Chen Pei Wen, the CEO of health company Guangdong Zhongyi Health Technology Co., Ltd in Guangdong, China, was giving a speech about health.
I mean, he is the CEO of a health company. What else would he be talking about?
A 15-second video of his speech recently went viral on Twitter and it was found that this was actually recorded on 17 November 2019.

In case you don’t want to watch the video or you are unable to see it, let me just briefly describe what happens in it.
So on he goes about healthy living and talking about how to live a long life – pretty standard stuff.
And then when he makes a right turn, he suddenly starts walking unnaturally slowly, and his body starts slouching as if he’s about to fall.
He bumps his head against the podium on stage and collapses onto the floor. All of his staff members immediately rush to him to check on him. And the video cuts.
What Happened
Later, it was revealed that he suffered a heart attack on stage and unfortunately passed away.
When his colleagues were asked about his health condition over the years, they mentioned that he previously did a coronary bypass surgery about 20 years ago.
Apparently, he was supposed to have undergone another procedure at the hospital after the event to install a pacemaker, but who would have thought that the heart attack would come at that time during his speech?
It is sad that he had to go this way when he was just moments away from installing a pacemaker.
So take care of your health guys. And we hope this reminds you that life is unpredictable and anything can happen. So cherish your loved ones and treasure your health because health is wealth.
We extend our deepest condolences to Mr Chen’s family.
