If you’re reading this right now, I can safely assume that you love dogs. After all, they’re loyal, fluffy and adorable so what’s not to like?
But the question is, do you love dogs as much as this man right here?
Chinese Man Spends $7k Building 2-Storey Pool Villa, Sun Room & Spa For Dogs
According to AsianCrush and PearVideo, a man named Zhou, who from China or more specifically the Jiangsu province of China allegedly spent 35,000 yuan (~S$6,783) to build a two-story villa for this three dogs.
Yes, and this includes tons of facilities that probably outdoes most of our homes, such as a swimming pool, sun room, projectors and even a spa.
Yeap, even me, a peasant hooman doesn’t go for spas. But apparently his three dogs do!
Let’s give you a glimpse of all the facilities:
Sun Room
We get plenty of sun here on our sunny shores. Just walk outside and we’ll casually get burnt to a crisp from the heatwave.
But these dogs have a fancy bed to lie on and soak up the Vitamin D.
Wait, do dogs need Vitamin D?
Private Pool
Of course, all that sun tanning would not be complete without taking a dip in your very own private pool, amirite?
Better not forget that rubber ducky.
Projector
Now hold up just a minute. What’s a villa without a mini cinema complete with projector and none stop streaming of Peppa Pig?
Spa ‘Room’
Now just in case you were planning to move to China to build a villa for your own dogs or are just plain curious about how much Zhou spent on each room, here’s a breakdown:
- Air-conditioner: $1,938.26
- Pool: $969.13
- Sun Room: $969.13
- Dryer: $1,162.96
And get this, the villa also has a cleaning robot and a guard rail to protecc his doggos from electric shocks.
Oh and let’s not forget CCTV cameras too.
Doggos Living Their Best Life
So you must be wondering why Zhou is investing so much in his precious doggos.
Well, the reason is that Zhou used to have another dog in the past which ate something wrong because he was inattentive. He blames himself because the dog ended up falling ill with liver failure.
Now, Zhou is determined to give his three doggos the best life.
