Good Samaritans Assist at Accident Scene

According to a video footage, a helpful motorcyclist stopped near the accident site and signalled other passing vehicles to avoid the crash area.

The footage later showed the silver and grey cars involved in the accident.

The silver car lost control and drove onto a roadside grass patch, with its body caught between the road embankment and the road surface.

Its taillights were continuously flashing. Two traffic police officers were seen standing by the car, investigating.

On the other hand, the grey sedan parked on the road was considerably damaged, with its front safety bar detached, hood twisted and deformed, and airbags deployed.

Victims Treated at the Scene Before Hospitalisation

Another video showed several victims lying on the roadside grass, with medical personnel providing aid and two ambulances parked nearby.

Those lying on the grass included a man and two children, with medical staff checking their injuries. Another woman sat on the grass, occasionally turning to look at the two children.

When reporters visited the junction around 11PM, the vehicles had been towed away and traffic had returned to normal.

However, damage was still visible on the road embankment structure, and there were two clear tire impression marks on the grass. Car parts and light fragments were scattered around.

The Singapore Police Force and the Civil Defence Force confirmed the accident when asked, stating that authorities received reports around 7:25 PM.

The police said the accident involved two cars.
