An accident occurred in Pasir Panjang Terminal this morning, with footage of the incident spreading online.
The video captures five stacked containers toppling over, with one striking a forklift.

Five Containers Fell in Pasir Panjang, With One Hitting a Forklift With a Person in It
The incident took place at 6:40 AM at Pasir Panjang Terminal 3.
In the footage shared by sgfollowsall, a forklift was moving a ground-level container when it it affected a nearby stack of containers.
Five containers behind the ground-level container became unstable and tilted – four were stopped by the forklift’s metal frame, but the topmost container fell and hit the forklift.

The Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) got a call at around 6:55 AM requesting assistance at 33 Harbour Drive.
They transported one person to the National University Hospital (NUH).
PSA Singapore’s spokesperson confirmed that a 37-year-old forklift operator was hurt in the accident. The operator remained conscious while being taken to NUH and is now in stable condition.
PSA is currently helping the injured staff member and conducting an investigation into the incident.
