How far would you go to settle a personal grudge?

Well, this couple allegedly spent $7,000 trying to settle theirs.

Couple Spent $7K of Their Own Money on PI to Expose Massage Parlours That Provide Sexual Services

A couple reportedly contacted Shin Min News Daily to make allegations about three massage parlours along Little India.

They claimed that the three establishments were involved in illegal activities.

The woman said that they first paid “more than $2,000” to a private investigator for a week’s worth of work.

Then, they spent $5,000 hiring people to pretend to be customers to “collect evidence”.

Why?

It could be because of a dispute that happened early this year.

The couple had reportedly gone shopping in Little India on 17 Jan 2020 at around 11.30pm.

When they were there, they got into an argument with a masseuse who allegedly flashed them the finger, used vulgarities and spat at them.

So half a year later, both of them decided to spend money exposing the establishments for providing sexual services.

Results Of The Investigation

The couple alleged that all three massage establishments were supposed to operate from 10am to 11pm.

However, when their “customers” approach the massage parlours, they were told that the place opens for 24 hours.

They were allegedly told that ‘special services’ are available as well.

A normal massage costs $45 while special services were $105, the woman (of the couple) claimed.

Lady Boss Says She’s Not Scared

When approached by reporters, the lady boss of the massage establishments said that the allegations were untrue.

“The innocent is innocent, no need to be afraid of fake customers showing up.”

She added that the informant (the couple) could’ve been someone who had a dispute with a former female shareholder.

However, the lady boss added, the former shareholder is no longer with them and they shouldn’t try to “cause the massage parlour to be implicated”.

She added that her businesses are clean and will never engage in such activities.

When the reporters visited the place, there were three to four employees, all of whom said they’re married and would never provide sexual services.
