Well, if you’re someone who thinks that the Singapore government’s response to Covid-19 is good, you’re part of the majority.
Only 15% of S’poreans Felt That The Gov Hasn’t Done a Good Job on COVID-19; Most Satisfied With Timely Info
A recent survey, conducted by the National University Health System’s (NUHS) Mind Science Centre with help from website iamaccb.sg has the following findings:

- 57% think Singapore has a good grasp of the situation, 29% remained neutral while 15% think they have a bad grasp of the situation
- 75% are happy with the timely and useful information provided by the government on Covid-19, 20% remained neutral (neither good nor bad) while 5% don’t think the information released is timely or useful.

The Same Survey Was Referenced For WFH Stress
If you remember, there was a report previously on how employees who work from home are more stressed than frontliners.
The findings from that survey showed that working-from-home actually blurred the boundaries between work and off-work hours:
- More than 60 per cent of those who are working from home reported feeling stressed at work, compared to 53 per cent of frontliners surveyed said that they felt stressed at work.
- 51 per cent of those working from home also said that they felt stressed at home, compared to the 32 per cent of frontliners who said so.
It was also shown that females are more stressed-out than men when it comes to working from home.
Despite all that, it shows that people working in Singapore are adaptable as only 21% said they were unable to cope well based on another poll.
