Today, we are not going to celebrate for there is 1 community case in Singapore after 13 straight days of only imported cases.
As of 12pm today (26 March), the Ministry of Health (MOH) has preliminarily confirmed 12 new cases of COVID-19 infection.
11 of them are imported case while 1 is a community case. MOH will provide more details about the cases tonight.

This brings the total number of cases in Singapore to 60,265.
Based on yesterday’s figures, the number of new cases in the community has decreased from 1 case in the week before to none in the past week. The number of unlinked cases in the community has also decreased from 1 case in the week before to none in the past week.
137 Active Cases
There are currently 25 confirmed cases who are still in hospital. Of these, most are stable or improving, and none is in the intensive care unit.
112 are isolated and cared for at community facilities. These are those who have mild symptoms, or are clinically well but still test positive for COVID-19.
30 have passed away from complications due to COVID-19 infection.
