Yes, that’s a car piled up high on another car.

Roads.sg also uploaded a video showing how the Mazda ended up on top of what seems to be a Porche Boxster S.

5 cars were reportedly involved in the incident.

And it seems like many people were affected by the incident.

The accident happened on the right-most lane of the expressway (from the driver’s perspective).

In this lane, drivers drive the fastest and they might not have been able to stop in time when the car before them braked suddenly.

Two People Sent To Hospital

It was reported by CNA that 2 people involved in the accident were sent to the hospital.

They are a 56-year-old driver and his 58-year-old passenger and both were sent to Tan Tock Seng Hospital in an unconscious state.

Police investigations are ongoing.

Drive Carefully

Accidents on expressways are more common than you think, especially on the CTE.

Earlier, in Jun 2020, a groom-to-be who was driving his BMW convertible along CTE towards Seletar Road was killed in an accident.

And in July 2020, two men decided to race recklessly along the CTE, causing a van to veer off-road and land upside down, as well as allegedly caused the passenger to fly out of the window.

These two men were arrested for racing against each other along the expressway.

We hope that everyone involved in the incident is okay and will update this article as soon as more information is revealed.
