Imagine yourself heading to a coffee shop or a food centre to grab lunch or a drink and bumping into a football superstar.
And not just any football superstar.
This mega superstar.
Yes, I’m talking about David Beckham.
Well, some Singaporeans don’t have to imagine it because they actually lived it yesterday when they spotted the 44-year old stud having a blast eating local delicacies at Tekka Market.
David Beckham Spotted At Tekka Market Hawker Centre Eating Mee Goreng With Chopsticks
The former Manchester United player was apparently in Singapore as he was the new Global Ambassador for Marina Bay Sands and came here to handle some partnership stuff with the hotel.
The football legend then decided to test out some local flavours by paying a visit to Tekka Market & Food Centre in Little India.
There, he was spotted eating various dishes, one of them being Mee Goreng.
And despite being famous for his right foot, he’s pretty good with his hands too.
Here are some fan-taken shots of Beckham skill-fully using chopsticks (yes chopsticks) to dig into the scrumptious plate of noodles.
Oof, he’s truly a snack eating a snack. Like seriously, how does he look that good even while he’s just eating Mee Goreng?

There were many people around that were quick to realise that the football legend was among them and immediately whipped their phones out to capture the moment.
Even older parents knew who he was and tried to get a few pictures of the star.

Fans were so excited that Beckham had trouble walking around after his meal as everyone wanted a picture of him.
Well, we really hope that David had an amazing time here in Singapore and that he enjoyed his meal at the Tekka food market.
Speaking of which, after seeing how good the Mee Goreng looks and how happy David looked while eating it, perhaps it’s time for all of us to pay the stall a visit and get in on this yummy dish.
If you were one of the lucky few to be in the area at that time, congrats for having the best fan luck! And to the rest of us, at least we got so much we got many great pictures of him here.
