On 21 September 2025, we published an article titled “Netflix ‘Super Rich in Korea’ Star David Yong Fined S$1,000, Faces S$61 Million Securities Fraud Charges.”
In that article, we incorrectly stated that Mr David Yong was practising at I.R.B. Law LLP until August 2024. This statement was factually wrong. Mr Yong has never been employed by, associated with, or connected to I.R.B. Law LLP in any capacity.
We retract this statement unreservedly and sincerely apologise to I.R.B. Law LLP for the error and any distress caused.
