Dogs are man’s best friend. Loyal to a fault, dog owners typically treat them like they’re part of the family.
Which explains why if there’s anything untoward done towards their beloved dogs, the owners be like puny dog beater.
And these two dog owners that we’re going to write about are going all Hulk on a Pet Boarding House.
Because of what happened to their furkids.
Case #001: Shih TzuÂ
According to a Facebook post by Elaine Yong, her friend had looked for a pet boarding house to leave her Shih Tzu at while she goes overseas on holiday.
The original pet sitter she had arranged to take care of her dog was unwell, so she had to look for another place to temporarily house her dog.
That was when she found Platinium Dogs Club online and got in touch with Rachel, the representative of the club.
Everything seems pretty spiffy at first, and the club even said they do not cage up the dogs.
So she arranged for them to pick up the dog and was reassured at every turn.
On the day where her beloved Shih Tzu was coming back home to her, Rachel informed her that he ran into the rain.
But assured her that the club has already taken care of him.
And Her Nightmare Truly Started When Her Shih Tzu’s Back
Imagine this. You’re fresh and recharged from your holiday trip.
And all ready to hug and kiss your baby once again.
Only to realise, to your horror, that something’s wrong with your baby boy.
And so, she went to Rachel looking for answers.
Initially, Rachel denied the injuries.
But after getting slammed around like Loki, the pet boarding house simply ghosted the angry owner.

Case #002: Chow Chow
Five days later, another Facebook post surfaced on Facebook, this time, a Chow Chow.
Here’s how her dog looks like before entering the boarding house.
And here’s the dog allegedly looks like after the stay:
The dog’s skin was inflamed as well.
According to the user, Priscilla Loo, her friend had checked her Chow Chow into Platinium Dogs Club in December.
They checked in a healthy dog but what they got back was a sick dog due to negligence on the boarding house’s part.
She encouraged dog owners never to leave their beloved furkids at the place.

And it turns out these two aren’t the odd ones out.
There are others who have been through the same experience.
And a dog allegedly died under their care.
However, the representative of Platinium Dogs Club wasn’t remorseful and wanted to bring them to the police station for harrassment instead.
In fact, one of the boarders for Platinium Dogs Club was found to have allegedly mistreated a dog.
The relevant authorities have been notified about the incidents and said they’re conducting investigations into the boarding house.
