Known for their Battle of the Crabs buffet installments, Spice Brasserie at PARKROYAL on Kitchener Road has since upped their ante to introduce lobsters into their crustacean buffet series – that’s right, we are talking about unlimited lobsters and crabs, along with other sought-after buffet dishes set to whet your appetites!
Best part? All UOB, DBS/POSB, Maybank & HSBC card holders will be able to enjoy this dinner buffet at S$118 for 2 adults. Meaning, even if you come with a family of 6 adults, you will only have to pay S$118 x 3! What’s more, from 4 July to 3 September 2016, you can also claim their Facebook offer on facebook.com/parkroyalkitchener to enjoy a complimentary glass of wine per adult, on top of the existing card promotions! Don’t say we bo jio!
From 7th July to 3rd September 2016, Thursdays to Saturdays, “The Union Of Crabs And Lobsters” dinner buffet features more than 7 flavors of lobsters dishes and all-time favorite crab staples like the Pumpkin, Chilli, and Black Pepper Crabs.
For those who enjoy steamed lobster dishes, you can also expect the steamed ‘Live’ Boston Lobster in Chinese Wine, cooked a la minute to retain the succulent and sweet freshness of the flesh that wowed us with every bite – one of our favorite dishes of the night. Die-hard Mentaiko fans can also indulge in the Flame-grilled Mentaiko Lobster, with cheese and Mentaiko sauce doused over fresh lobster meat – bringing out the rich and smoky flavors that you cannot get enough of.
Other must-try dishes include Lobster Noodle Soup, Baked Lobster with Okiami and Natto Sauce, Crustacean Paella, Cuban Lobster Stew, Lobster Wellington, Crab Roe Congee, Japanese Lobster Fried Rice, Stir-Fried Lobster in Fragrant Salt, Lobster Congee and Crustacean Congee.
The Union Of Crabs and Lobsters Buffet is available from 7th July to 3rd September on Thursdays to Saturdays for dinner only.
