Okay, we all know Uber has a referral programme whereby you get $15 worth of credit for referring a friend to use Uber. But here’s discount for the traditional taxi that you can’t miss, and it doesn’t require you to have lots of friends!
This month (March 2016), in conjunction with CabRewards turning two, ComfortDelGro is giving $10 taxi voucher (or technically, 2,000 Cabpoints) if you sign up for their CabRewards programme with a promotion code! This is like a rewards / loyalty programme for you to use ComfortDelGro cabs.
What you need to do is simple: go to https://cabrewards.cdgtaxi.com.sg/and register your account. In the “Promotion Code” box, key in HAPPYTWO. You’ll then receive 2,000 Cabpoints. Simply click on REDEEM after that and you’ll receive a $10 voucher!
The programme works by collecting “Cabpoints”, whereby you’ll get one Cabpoint for every one dollar spent on any ComfortDelGro cabs, if you pay with your credit / debit card or ATM card (Note that cash transaction would not have any Cabpoints).
As you can see, you’ll get 2,000 free Cabpoints if you use the promotion code, so essentially, you actually need to spend $2,000 to get that number of Cabpoints! Of course, if you want to collect your Cabpoints and redeem other stuff, it’s perfectly fine as well.
Oh, yes, you’re welcome.
Now, go share this with your friends so that they’ll thank you, too.
