In conjunction with Singapore Food Festival, the Singapore Tourism Board and Singapore Food & Beverage Alliance (SFBA) is holding the Singapore Favourite Food Festival this year for 10 days. As the name suggests, the festival can be found with many favourite foods of Singapore but this time with a twist.
From 22 to 31 July, 5pm to 11pm, foodies will be able to check out unique Singaporean food, cleverly made to become an almost new creation.
With over 20 skilful chefs and more than a hundred creations, some must-try include their chilli crab in prata bag (so you’ll get to eat the “bag” too), dirt cakes (those cute flower pots where “dirt” can be eaten), rendang nachos, salted egg yolk carrot cake and seafood laksa-gna.

Aimed to showcase Singapore’s food culture and heritage in the multi-racial island, you’ll get to choose and dine all kinds of cultural food at the fair. Interesting and friendly face-offs include the difference between traditional dishes and modern creations. Which dish tastes better? You be the judge.
Don’t forget to spread the news and grab your friends and family over to dine by their food trucks and pop-up cafes at the Singapore Favourite Food Festival this year.
