How you can purchase your KOI card

You can purchase KOI Card at any participating KOI outlets*. There will be an additional S$1 activation fee applicable for first top up. For example, you wish to top up S$10 on your new KOI Card. On top of the S$10 cash, you need to pay an additional S$1 activation fee at the point of purchase.

Also, you’ll be able to receive exclusive 1-for-1 promotions when you register your brand new KOI card! 

Terms & Conditions:

• GotMatcha’d 1FOR1″ voucher will be credited to your KOI card, as long as it is registered by 7th June 2017.
• Simply present your KOI Card for redemption.
• Matcha Macchiato will be available at all outlets, however, Matcha Latte will only be available for redemption at KOI Thé outlets, no upsize allowed.
• While Stocks Last daily.
• This promotion can be redeemed at all our outlets except KOI Changi Airport T3.
• Redemption is strictly limited to one per queuing customer.
