For all you meat lovers out there: The Carvery’s buffet spread is sure to whet your appetites! I’m talking top-grade quality cuts of beef, lamb, pork and chicken, and the best part of all this: you’re welcome to eat all you can.
From 27 June to 10 July, SAFRA members will be able to enjoy this 1-for-1 Buffet at only $38 per adult for lunch. As for their dinner option, it’s $52 from Sunday through Thursday, or $62 on Friday and Saturday. All you have to do is quote “SAF DAY” at the time of reservation, come with a group of 4 to 12 people, and you’re free to order away!
For those who enjoy beef, The Carvery’s signature Roasted Prime Rib is the dish for you. Left to slow roast for a good eight hours, the meat is then dry aged to make it more savory and tender.
If beef is not your thing, you might want to try the Rotisserie Chicken, which is first marinated with fresh herbs, carrots, onions, celery and bay leaves for 10-12 hours before roasting on a spit. It goes excellently with their wide assortment of dips and salts – favorites being their homemade truffle butter and Pink Himalayan salt.
From Germany’s sauerkraut to Italy’s wood-fired pizza, The Carvery brings the “international” in the international buffet to a whole new level – there’s bound to be a dish for everyone.
