- Baby Back Ribs – Succulent and saucy, each rack is smoked, grilled to perfection and brushed with a tangy BBQ sauce. Served with Aussie Fries.

- Toowoomba Topped Chicken – Sautéed shrimp and button mushrooms tossed in a tomato cream sauce and served over grilled chicken. Served with fresh seasonal veggies.
- Garlic Glazed Pork Loin – Seasoned and seared pork loin topped with spicy lemon garlic. Served with fresh grilled vegetables, dressed baked potato and whole grain mustard.
- Steak Pomodoro Pasta – Cavatappi pasta topped with a pomodoro sauce that is slow cooked with steak and tomatoes. Then topped with basil and Parmesan cheese.
