Simply put, one chocolate donut = one bowl of rice.

Of course this is agakation, but you get the gist: donuts aren’t exactly the healthiest food.
The reason for this disclaimer is that I’m sure there would be jokers who’d down the entire six donuts in one seating, because it’s just too irresistible.
