If you’d like to ask your date to go steady with you, here’s the perfect opportunity. Bring him/her for a meal at their new outlet, and ask,
“Will you be the burger to my lobster?”
Don’t be like Ah Hock who failed with his prata and egg combo:
Then proceed to use this opportunity to hold their hands.
Ok, dating tips aside.
If you loved what you had in Jewel Changi Airport, you now have your next outlet to queue and conquer check out!
Burger and Lobster will be opening a flagship store in Raffles Arcade on 27 September 2019 – yes this flagship outlet will be 3 times bigger than what they have in Jewel Changi Airport now.
Yay! (to shorter queues)
The ambience of this flagship store is also pretty sick. The interior design of the flagship store takes inspiration from London’s Mayfair district, which explains the posh look.
Given that this is a whole lot bigger than their outlet at Jewel Changi Airport, you can definitely expect more at Raffles.
Not only will there be more items featured on their menu, but there will also be an outdoor bar offering alcohol and live music, located at their flagship store.
You can expect to see a seafood counter as well, presenting wild-caught Atlantic lobsters, oysters, and tiger prawns – all with an added touch of lemon and garlic butter.
Yum yum in my tum tum.
Additions to the menu include Lobster and Kale Salad ($22), Lobster Rosti ($18), and an exclusive Lobster Roll ($50). This lobster roll is no ordinary Lobster Roll; it is a level up from their existing OG, but now with added sea urchin, caviar and lobster meat.
The national day special, Lobster Laksa ($70), was obviously well-loved and will now be a part of their permanent menu at Raffles! #singaporeanfoodpride
While the luxurious outlet only opens its doors on 27 September, you can now make a reservation for a table online.
Head over to make a reservation to surprise your loved one with a sumptuous meal! It’s definitely treat-yo-self time.
But lobster is healthy… right?
And since milk is healthy, and laksa has milk, laksa is also healthy, right?
