I’m not sure about you, but back in my school days when my age has only one digit, there’s only one book that I’ll read: Mr. Men.
It’s like today’s Instagram: every page is a beautiful picture with a caption. The only difference is that I learn something from Mr. Men, while I learn absolutely nothing from Instagram except knowing that influencers have such good life.

Well, guess what? While it’s going to be a challenge to find a copy of the book (I’m referring to Mr. Men, not Instagram) nowadays, you can get it for free right here in Singapore.

All About Mr. and Mr
By the way, lest you’re wondering why in all Goody Feed articles, we’ve not included a dot after “Mr” but in this article, we did, it’s for a reason.
Usually, for British English (which Singapore English follows very closely), there’s no dot after Mr or Miss or whatever. It’s more common in American English.
But what’s even more interesting is that the books are published in the UK, which means it “shouldn’t” have the dot. Nevertheless, these are merely different dialects and shouldn’t be followed to the T: pretty sure Grammar Nazis aren’t reading this ‘coz “Goody Feed uses kids’ English”, so they shouldn’t be here #justsaying
There Are Even Meet & Greet Sessions
Want to see the real-life Mr. Strong or Mr. Bump (okay, honestly I’ve forgotten who they are but anyways)?
There would be photo opportunities with these cute “emojis” every Sunday as well in selected McDonald’s outlets!
Take a selfie with one of them and it’ll be an inception of Instagram #justsaying

By the way, even if you’re not into these cuties, you really should be making your way down to McDonald’s because…
Spicy McNuggets Are Suddenly Back
According to my colleague, McDonald’s best items are namely McSpicy and their spicy nuggets. The former is a permanent item while the latter seems to require a visa to land on our shores…and they’ve suddenly reappeared in the menu.
So if you’re like my colleague, now is the best time to head down to any McDonald’s outlet.
Because nothing is better than reading a Mr. Men book and having some spicy nuggets (and Instagram-ing the process, of course).
