If you’re moving into a new house, you’d love a moving out sale (yes, pun completely intended).
Especially when it’s from a store like Harvey Norman. After all, their loss is your gain, right?
Your wish is granted.
Harvey Norman in Square 2 is Moving Out, And They’ve a Sale
BTO soon? Well, you’re in luck.
According to its promotional poster, the clearance sale in Harvey Norman in Square 2 promises store-wide crazy markdowns.
Like a 43” Smart TV going for just $498, when its original price is $849 (perfect for the procrastinators who have yet to switch to digital TV…if you even understand what I’m talking about).
Or a 7kg washing machine that’s going for just $425 when its original price is at $1,079 (display sets though, and only 8 sets available).
It’s, indeed, pretty crazy, considering that we’re talking about 60% off electrical appliances.
If you look closer at the poster, there’s even more:
- Get 25% off with the purchase of a second home appliance (selected home appliances, of course)
- Samsung Brand Fair, in which you can get vouchers up to $500
- HSBC credit card holders can also get $30 Harvey Norman vouchers (with a minimum spend of $999 and for the first 300 card holders)
And the most important sentence of all: EVERYTHING MUST GO
(Not sure if they’re selling the staff’s uniform as well, but anyways)
So, Where is Square 2?
The best part about this deal isn’t just the deal, but its location.
Square 2 isn’t located in some wulu no-MRT-station area, but sits next to Novena MRT Station. If you’re going to argue and tell me that it’s VeloCity / Novena Square that’s next to the MRT, hold your horses: Square 2 is just beside Novena Square.
Cut through Novena Square and you’ll be in Square 2.
Yup, you’re welcome.
