I think I’ve eaten a lot more KFC than I thought.
Whenever my friends and I hung out after school, the go-to would always be KFC if we didn’t know what to eat.
And while this isn’t part of a promo, I think my most ordered item was always the Zinger.
I always loved the crunchiness and mild spice of the chicken in a burger.
But sometimes…I do wish it was bigger.
So if you’re like me and feel that burger size matters, we’re in luck.
Kentucky Mighty Chicken
You know the saying: go big or go home.
From 16 October onwards, KFC is bringing us an even more powerful variation of the Zinger we know and love.
Introducing the Mighty Zinger
Kind of sounds like a superhero if you ask me.
And I’m sure it’s more than just picture perspective.
Let me give you a quick rundown of what goes into this banging burger.
Five-inch oat bran buns, an upsized 120g Zinger fillet, crispy turkey bacon, sliced cheddar, smoky Texan BBQ sauce, mayonnaise, the red onions and fresh lettuce.
Guys, that is an eight-layered burger.Â
Looking like a lot of sauce and crunch to go through and you best bet it might get messy, but I’d be lying if that doesn’t look like a snacc.
Heck, it could probably be a full meal!
Definitely going to need more than a few bites to down this one.
How Much Is It
This is probably the question you’re all dying to have answered.
The burger itself sits at a nice price of $6.80, a step up from the regular Zinger but a worthy price to pay for the mighty.
But burger’s alone won’t satisfy us, the meals are where it’s at.
The meal, consisting of the burger, medium fries and a regular Pepsi Black will cost $8.95.
So that looks like a complete meal, doesn’t it?
But what if you wanted to go even naughtier and want even more?
You get the Mighty Zinger Box.
That is a box of beauty.
While it may cost $10.55, I promise you that it’s full of value.
The box contains the burger, regular fries, regular whipped potato, two hot & crispy tenders and a regular Pepsi Black.
So basically the order I’m getting every single time.Â
All prices for dining in and take-away are the same by the way, so you don’t have to worry if you need to da bao to work.
The only thing I’ll worry about is if I can beat the queue for the Mighty Zinger tomorrow after work.
Maybe I can see some of you guys there too as we all pray that it doesn’t run out of stock!
