Think the sweetness of fresh lobster combined with the lemak of Laksa together with smooth, silky thick bee hoon.
This, itself, is worth the price of the buffet liao.
And let’s not forget the wok-fried lala bee hoon
If you’ve eaten at Putien before, you’ll be reminded of their Lor Mee. Just better.
The chef fries the fresh ingredients from scratch and lets the bee hoon simmer in the broth for a very long time, making each and every strand savoury.
