In Singapore, there is an area we like to call Orchard Road. Within what we think of as Orchard Road, there is another road called Scotts Road. Along Scotts Road, there is a Japanese departmental store called Isetan. In Isetan, there are a few clothes racks and shoe shelves marked with little white stands saying”Fred Perry”.
It is the items on those racks and shelves that are on sale. Just those. Search carefully.
