What if I told you… Doraemon was turning 50 this year?
Feelinf old yet?
Don’t worry, there’s now a chance for you to revisit your childhood memories and relive the joy of Doraemon, thanks to McDonald’s. It might even help you feel young again.

These Doraemon toys are modelled after and inspired by some of his famous inventions, such as the Anywhere Door and Time Machine, which is bound to bring out nostalgia for adults and also interest children.
Starting from 6 August to 3 September, two toys will be available every week if you purchase a Happy Meal within the period specified for each toy.
Doraemon’s Gadgets
Of the eight toys available for grabs, The Wind Power! Turbine Tower and Repellent Magnet! Doraemon and Mii chan toys will kick off the promotional period, starting from 6 August until 12 August.

Hopefully this doesn’t turn into another Hello Kitty situation where people queued just for the toys until dawn, though – there are still social distancing rules to follow.
