Humans are a peculiar species.
One minute they’re donating to charity and adopting stray animals and the next they’re decapitating dogs and dismembering relatives.
Well, they’re at it, again.

Elderly Queenstown Cat Needs A Home After Kids Allegedly Pour Water On It & Bully It
As, the title states, an elderly cat in Queenstown is in bad need of a home due to constant abuse from kids in the neighbourhood.
Yesterday (20 Oct), Facebook user Siau Li Chao shared a heartbreaking video of a cat trapped in a box near Meiling street in Queenstown.
According to Siau, some kids “played a prank” on the cat by pouring water on it and trapping it in a box.
You can see the wet patch beneath the cat and her damp fur as well in the video.
One of the cat’s feeders said that this had happened more than 10 times. She added that this was an old cat who limps because it cannot walk properly.
Needs a place to stay
Siau said though the cat is “quite fierce” she needs a place to stay.
Then again, is there a cat that’s not fierce?

She said that the feline needs help in cleaning its poop and pee, presumably because mops are expensive in the cat world.
Siau hopes that the poor old cat will find a home soon, far away from the evil kids who abused her.
If you’re keen to adopt this grey-furred kitty, you can contact the cat’s feeder, Piry Lim.
According to Siau, Lim can speak Chinese and simple English. The cat can speak Meowish and simple Mwowish.
