Everything About The 21YO Who Raped Drunk 15YO At Pasir Ris After Playing Truth Or Dare

A  seemingly innocent night out with fun and games took a turn for the worse in an incident that happened two years ago.

According to TODAYOnline, 15-year-old girl became inebriated while playing a game of “truth or dare” with a group of guys. One of the guys then asked the other two if they wanted to have sex with her.

They then proceeded to buy three condoms for $1. One of the boys, a 19-year-old (at the time) raped her at the bottom of a Housing and Development Board (HDB) block at Pasir Ris.

One of the other boys, an 18-year-old (at the time) tried to rape her but could not ‘sustain an erection’ and decided to make her give him oral sex instead.

The victim was ‘drifting in and out of consciousness’ but was aware that she was being sexually violated.

21-Year-Old Pleads Guilty To Raping Teen & Faces 7 Other Charges

The 21-year-old boy was aged 19 years at the time of the incident. On Thursday, 31 October, he pleaded guilty to one charge of rape in court. He will be sentenced on 2nd December 2019.

Besides rape, he also faces a whole slew of other charges while will be considered during sentencing.

Seven to be exact: sexual assault by penetration, criminal intimidation, affray, disorderly behaviour in a public place and using abusive words on a police officer.

This boy is incorrigible.

For his offences, he could be jailed for 20 years and fined or caned.

The 20-year-old boy was aged 18 years at the time of the incident and has yet to go to court.

Both of them worked as waiters when the incident happened. TODAYOnline reported that the victim is a Singapore permanent resident.

What Exactly Happened

The court was told that the girl got to know of the two boys alongside two other guys in September 2017. They would meet up occasionally around Pasir Ris. On 17 October 2017, they met up at a coffee shop at Block 445, Pasir Ris Drive 6.

She didn’t want to join at first, but upon hearing that a guy who was particularly ‘protective’ of her would be present, she reluctantly agreed.

Once the coffee shop stopped selling alcohol, the 21-year-old perpetrator suggested that they go to the HDB blocks to continue drinking.

The 19-year-old left momentarily to meet other friends.

21-Year-Old Instigated Game Of Truth Or Dare With Sexual Questions

Drinking can be fun, in moderation. Unfortunately, the teen victim was coerced into drinking four cans of beer as a forfeit.

They then began playing truth or dare which included sexual questions and dares.

Some of the questions were, when did two of the boys lose their virginity. They also asked the victim who gave her the love bites on her neck. She declined to answer these questions and hence had to drink the beer.

When the 19-year-old returned to the group after meeting their friends, the victim had already drunk four cans of beer.

One of the boys then asked the 21-year-old and 19-year-old whether they wanted to have sex with the victim. At first, they thought it was a joke.

Despite that, they went to purchase three condoms for $1 at a shop.

Victim Was Intoxicated And Couldn’t Walk On Her Own

At around 4am the group got ready to leave but the victim couldn’t walk as she was intoxicated. They took turns to carry her on their backs.

She stopped to urinate at a corner of Block 557, Pasir Ris Street 51 and the 21-year-old and 19-year-old waited while the other boys left first.

She laid down on the ground and began to vomit. This was when the two boys thought it would be a good idea to touch her breasts over her top. They then sexually penetrated her using their fingers.

The 21-year-old then raped her. After that, the 19-year-old tried to do the same but he could not keep his dongle up. Instead, he rubbed his penis against her private area before making her give him oral sex.

As she was drunk, she was too weak to do anything.

The two of the boys then dressed her and called the other boy from the group for help. The victim told the other boy that she had been raped.

Later, she called the police as the 19-year-old kept denying that he had raped her. Both of them were arrested that same day.
