For a very, very long time, Fat Boys has been my all-time favourite burger joint.
Sure, there’re way higher-rated burger places out there, but Fat Boys just holds a special place in my heart.
Although really, what else can I say when that fat basterd is just sitting there, waiting for me to lap it all up?
Damn, that booty.
Yet alas, despite all my heartfelt devotion to the joint (though I’ve occasionally cheated on it with glamorous baes McDonald’s and Mos Burger), I’m afraid I’ll soon have to leave for another burger joint. In their defence, it’s not Fat Boy’s fault. Rather, it’s just me.
And Shake Shack’s sheer irresistibility.
Ready to Shake Shack?
Yes, ladies and gentlemen. You’ve waited for a long time, and I’m glad to be the one announcing the good news:
Shake Shack is set to make its highly-anticipated debut in Singapore (and in Southeast Asia) at Jewel Changi Airport on 17 April 2019!
The Singapore menu, lest you’re wondering, is all set to feature Shake Shack’s signature items, including the…
ShackBurger
‘Shroom Burger
Smoke Shack
Shake Stack
Shack-cago Dog
Classic crinkle-cut fries
Craft beer
As well as frozen custard ice-cream.
Additionally, there will supposedly be wine on the menu, and Shake Shack will reportedly be partnering with local food purveyors and producers to create one-of-a-kind items for the Singapore community. So with all regards, I’ve just two words to say:
Absolutely dope.
A brief history about Shake Shack
For the future historians, here’s a quick round-up of what Shake Shack’s all about:

With its fresh, simple, high-quality food at a great value, Shake Shack is a fun and lively community gathering place with widespread appeal. Shake Shack’s mission is to Stand for Something Good®, from its premium ingredients and caring hiring practices to its inspiring designs and deep community investment. Editor: Did you just lift the whole thing from the press release?
Shake Shack sources only high quality, premium ingredients from the best ranchers, farmers, bakers and food purveyors. The beef patty is 100% all-natural Angus, vegetarian fed, humanely raised and source verified with no hormones or antibiotics. The fries are crinkle cut with zero artificial ingredients and the vanilla and chocolate frozen custards use only real sugar, no corn syrup, and milk from dairy farmers who pledge not to use artificial growth hormones.
And so… what’re you waiting for?
If you’re a big fan of Shake Shack, or just good burgers in general, I’m telling you;
This is one trip you gotta make.
