After all, they might be a chain but their standard is pretty high.
The broth is thick and flavourful, the ban mian chewy and meat cooked to just nice. What else can you ask for?

Qiu Lian Releasing Instant Noodle Versions Of Their Iconic Ban Mian
On 3 Sep, Qiu Lian Ban Mian uploaded a post on Facebook that drove Singaporeans all across the island absolutely bonkers.
They announced to Singaporeans that they’re selling Ready-to-Cook Qiu Lian Ban Mian. And we’re talking the full set.
The noodles itself, the sauces and soup base. All available for you to eat at your own convenience at home.
And the post went viral almost overnight with almost 400 shares and tons of love.
The best part? For this launch, they’re not leaving any of their customers out to dry.
They have a pack for people who love their soup Ban Mian
There’s also a soup version for those who prefer the thinner you mian version.
And a black sauce version for customers who like it dry.
As well as customers who like it hot.
These ready-to-cook series (sauces included) can be found at the chilled food section of major Fairprice outlets as well as Sheng Siong.
But just take note ah, if you’re a fan of Qiu Lian’s iconic chilli, it’s not included in this launch.
But don’t worry, they’re working on it.
