Singapore weather’s really hot. Even when it rains, it gets hot and humid immediately after.
Which is why cold stuff goes really, really well here.
Ice cream, soft serve, aircon, whatever goes.

This is Maxi Mango’s version of the Filipino refrigerator cake, which paired soft-serve, juicy sweet mangoes and crushed graham crackers together into one delicious mess.
And if you think cheese and mango don’t really go together, somebody says it does.
Other than the five signature flavours, Maxi Mango Singapore will also be launching the traditional Filipino Mango Shake and the original Mango Graham Shake.
