I mean, who doesn’t love Doraemon? The popular Japanese cat robot character is famed for pulling out all sorts of tricks and items from his belly pocket just like how a magician pulls a rabbit out of his hat.
For those who are not familiar with who he is, you can read up on the history of Doraemon here. The end of Doraemon signified the end of a great era – especially when it garnered alternate endings that made many of his fans quiver in anger.
Thankfully, Doraemon is finally going to grace our shores at Takashimaya this October!
Though the details on the event are not confirmed yet, we are stoked to know that there might be a chance that we might meet a life-sized mascot of our favourite robot cat – since Takashimaya is very known for organizing mega events at their atrium – remember the Gundam event?
All we know is that it’s going to be really interesting – especially for fans of Doraemon and we definitely need to keep a look out for this!
