A 74-year-old female cyclist died after a collision with a lorry in Boon Lay on 20 Sep 2025, reported Shin Min Daily News.
The accident occurred near Block 209, Boon Lay Place, at about 8:05am, according to the Singapore Police Force.
The cyclist was reportedly crossing the road when the incident happened.
She was taken to Ng Teng Fong General Hospital in a conscious state by the Singapore Civil Defence Force. However, she later died from her injuries.

The lorry was driven by a 70-year-old man who is now assisting police with ongoing investigations. After the collision, the lorry driver got out to attend to the cyclist and contacted his company for assistance.
Images circulated online showed the woman and her bicycle near a pedestrian crossing, with passers-by nearby.
Bloodstains were visible on the road, and her bicycle remained at the scene after she was transported to the hospital.
A resident who lives in the estate said there are many cyclists in the area, suggesting a high volume of bicycle traffic at the location.
According to a witness, the lorry driver said he was unable to brake in time to avoid hitting the cyclist.
The Singapore Police Force continues to investigate the accident, and the lorry driver remains involved in the process with the authorities.
