A fire broke out at Block 362A Sembawang Crescent on the morning of 21 Nov 2025.
The Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) received the alert at 8:15am.
The fire involved the contents of a bedroom in a unit on the third floor.

Childcare Centre Evacuated as Popping Sounds Heard
A resident who was out for a morning walk noticed the fire and heard popping sounds.
He believed the sounds were from the ceiling cracking.
Debris was also observed falling off the building.
Teachers evacuated students from a childcare centre located on the ground floor of the block.
SCDF and the police evacuated about 50 residents from the block as a precautionary measure.
Two Sent to Hospital, Cause Under Investigation
SCDF extinguished the fire using a water jet.
Two occupants from the affected unit were assessed for smoke inhalation.
Both were conveyed to Singapore General Hospital.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
