But what if you spot a dead lizard hidden among your tidbits instead?

That was what happened to Facebook user Jane Holloway.

According to her Facebook post, her mother and brother had eaten almost half a packet when they found this nasty surprise.

Luckily, Jane’s brother had looked before eating.

But that’s not the worst part.

Jane dismissed the idea that the lizard might’ve dropped into the bag after opening.

It was deep-fried, which makes it highly likely that the lizard has been with the fish skin even before they got fried together. #FriendshipGoals

They’ve immediately crafted an email and sent it over to Irvins.

It wasn’t known if Irvins had gotten back to them on the matter yet.

A check on their Facebook Page also didn’t reveal any update, despite the post having garnered well over 2.6K Shares.

If you’re an avid eater of snacks like these, you’ll probably be eating them when you’re occupied with watching or doing something.

Which completely horrified people who’ve heard about the incident.

Netizens Reply With Their Own Experiences

On her Facebook post, netizens started telling people about their own “food-gone-wrong” experiences.

One had boiled lizard.

While another had a fly in his mouth.

And It’s Not The Netizens’ Corner If You Don’t Get Some Snarky Comments As Well

I guess if you found a mouse and you’re taking part in the “find the mouse and get $100,000” contest in Singapore, that’ll be a good thing.

Or it could be a “new product”.

But one concerned netizen told her to report it to the National Environment Agency (NEA) in Singapore even though she’s based in Thailand.

But the best comment of the day belongs to this particular netizen.

And, of course, we can’t end off this article without at least one ahahaha-you-deserve-it-singapore comment you’ll always see on the internet.
