Broadcast Order and Airtime

The order of the parties’ broadcasts is based on the number of candidates each party fields.

The party with the fewest candidates goes first, and the party with the most candidates goes last.

Each party’s airtime is determined by its number of candidates, and the same duration applies for both broadcasts.

Who Can Broadcast

Political parties must field at least six candidates under a recognised party symbol to qualify for a PPB slot. Independents and parties with fewer than six candidates are not eligible.

References to race and religion must be accurate and dignified. Content cannot be defamatory, criminal, or misleading by omission or emphasis.
