It’s Phase Two and while mass-crowd performances like One Championship fights aren’t allowed to resume yet, it’s didn’t stop two individuals from having a fighting match at the roadside.
This incident reportedly happened on 18 Aug 2020 along Geylang Lorong 9.
The two participants in the match is a 37-year-old man and a 39-year-old woman.
Both could be seen going at each other furiously from the start in clips that were widely shared in social media.
Emphasis on furious.
First Round
In the first clip, the pair were struggling together before the man pushed the woman away.
Bystanders could be seen trying to stop the fight.

The man then took off his shirt.
The woman attempted a flying kick but was slammed to the ground,
After which, she took her shoes and repeatedly smacked him in the head.
Round Two
In the second clip, the woman attempted to hit the man with a traffic cone but was slapped in the face and fell to the ground.
He then hit and kick her to the ground two more times.
A man in grey, who was initially trying to stop the woman from fighting, was also hit a few times by the man.

Thankfully, while both of them were fighting at the roadside, they did not fall onto the main road where vehicles were still passing through as seen in the video.
Both Are Arrested
The Singapore Police Force revealed that they were alerted to the incident at 2.25am on 18 Aug 2020.
The incident reportedly took place at 6 Lorong 9 Geylang.
They added that a 37-year-old woman and a 39-year-old man were arrested.
And here’s something interesting, it was added that the man was conveyed to Singapore General Hospital (SGH) in a conscious state.
Currently, investigations are ongoing.
If found guilty of affray, they could be jailed for up to a year, fined up to $5,000, or both.
