Girls’ Generation fans, Yoona is heading to Singapore next week.
The 36-year-old South Korean singer-actress is scheduled to appear at a Sulwhasoo pop-up at ION Orchard’s Level 1 Atrium on Friday, 11 September.
Her appearance is expected to begin at 4.45pm.
There is, however, an important detail for anyone already planning where to stand.
Pop-Up Reportedly Closed to Public During Yoona’s Appearance
According to 8world, the pop-up will be closed to the public for a private event from 12pm to 6.30pm on 11 September.
That period includes Yoona’s scheduled 4.45pm appearance.
While Sulwhasoo has announced that Yoona will be at the ION Orchard pop-up, the available reports do not clearly spell out what access members of the public will have during the private-event period.
Fans hoping to see her should therefore check for further announcements from Sulwhasoo or ION Orchard before making plans to head down.
Sulwhasoo Pop-Up Runs From 10 to 20 September
The wider Sulwhasoo pop-up will take place at ION Orchard’s Level 1 Atrium from 10 to 20 September.
Its normal operating hours are 10am to 10pm daily, apart from the reported private-event period on 11 September.
The event celebrates 60 years since the beginnings of Sulwhasoo’s ginseng cream line. Sulwhasoo traces that history to the launch of ABC Ginseng Cream in 1966, which the company describes as the world’s first ginseng cosmetic.
The ION Orchard event centres on the brand’s Concentrated Ginseng Rejuvenating Cream and includes several experience zones related to the product and Sulwhasoo’s ginseng research.
Yoona Became Sulwhasoo’s Global Ambassador in 2025
Yoona was appointed Sulwhasoo’s global ambassador in March 2025.
Amorepacific, Sulwhasoo’s parent company, said at the time that Yoona would represent the Korean beauty brand in its campaigns for customers around the world.
So yes, Yoona will be at ION Orchard on 11 September. Just do not assume that walking into the Level 1 Atrium at 4.45pm will automatically get you a front-row view, given the reported private-event window.
