Homm Dessert, a popular Thai dessert cafe from Melbourne, will officially be opening their first Singapore outlet at Raffles City on 29 October 2024.
According to the brand, everything on their menu is handcrafted fresh every morning, from the crumble to the cheese, grass jelly, Thai tea sauce and Thai tea bingsu itself.
Their ice cream is also carefully selected to take their Asian-inspired desserts to the next level.
Inspired by the desire to elevate sharing desserts, Homm has tailored each component of their signature dishes to embrace one another.
Here are some menu selections you should check out when you head down:
Thai Tea Avalanche Bingsu
Homm’s signature Thai Tea Avalanche Bingsu is the first interactive layered Bingsu that is snow-textured with components to complement each other.
Using high-quality imported Thai tea and the most expensive cream cheese, everything is hand-crafted from scratch to control the taste.
Taro Bingsu
Next up is Homm’s Taro Bingsu, which is vegan, gluten-free and nut-free.
The mountain of taro snow, taro paste, handcrafted pumpkin boba, tender coconut meat and salted coconut sauce is not only perfect for vegans, but also for taro lovers.
Mango Bingsu
Homm’s bingsu version of Mango Sticky Rice is a modern take on the all-time crowd pleasing Thai dessert.
It is also vegetarian, gluten-free and egg-free.
Mango Shokupan delight
Finally, the Mango Shokupan delight is a vegetarian and nut-free dessert that consists of Brûlée toasted premium Japanese milk bread, fresh mango cubes, sweet and slightly tangy mango purée, coconut sauce and Homm’s very own recipe creamy coconut gelato.
