The lawyer, Kelvin Luk Kin-ting, received a total of five charges. Two counts of unlawful sexual intercourse with a girl under 13, two counts of making child pornography, and one count of causing a person under 16 to make pornography.
According to Dimsum Daily, the incidents occurred on 4 Mar and 28 Mar 2024 after the lawyer initiated contact with the victim via messaging platforms. He invited her to his flat on multiple occasions, where sexual acts were performed and recorded without the girl’s consent.
