The festive Hari Raya season is looming, and we’re sure many of you are excited about the Ramadan bazaar that will kick off next week.
There’s more in store for you, especially if you’re looking forward to giving your homes a fresh new look for Hari Raya.
We know that IKEA has been a favourite haunt of many of you—who doesn’t like immersing themselves in their dream home layout?
The good news is IKEA has some exciting things in store for us this festive season.
The New Ottoman Inspired GOKVÄLLÅ Collection
Grab your car keys and make a run for IKEA quickly, as they now have a beautiful new product collection in line with the Hari Raya theme.
GOKVÄLLÅ is inspired by the Ottoman tiles from the Blue Mosque in Istanbul. The collection features several products, such as tableware, lighting and textiles.
The tones of blue used in this collection are perfect for creating a celebratory and comfy mood in your home and are pleasing to the eye for yourself and your guests.
If you are hosting an open house for your family and friends and your couch is not big enough to fit all of them, fear not, as you can still purchase the GOKVÄLLÅ rug ($39.90) and top it off with a few GOKVÄLLÅ floor cushions ($29.90/ea) to make all your guests feel at home.
You don’t necessarily have to wait until Hari Raya to show off your new GOKVÄLLÅ items, as they can also be useful during Ramadan. Perfect for Iftar (breaking fast), you will be able to end the day with a great feast using GOKVÄLLÅ serve ware, which includes the place mat ($2.90/ea), bowl ($3.90/ea) and plate, 20cm ($3.90).
So, if you’re looking to revamp your home and are perhaps sick of the green theme you used last year, GOKVÄLLÅ is perfect for you.
You can view the full range in-store or online now.
