If you’ve gone through immigration checkpoints before, you’ll know that what’s causing the human jam is usually his machine:
But we understand the need for it. It’s all for the security of the nation.
And let’s face it: whenever we are there, we’re usually in high spirits because it means a vacation.
Scan lah, no worries, my hotel check-in timing isn’t that early also.
However, imagine seeing this at 7:45 a.m. in an MRT Station, when you’re late for work and a human jam is formed.
If you’ve been following the news so far, you’d know that this is going to be a reality because selected MRT stations are going to up their security checks by installing this machine.

Today, by the way, is the day.
So far, there hasn’t been any hoo-ha online, but yesterday, Facebook user Shawn Cheah saw this:

No News About This Anywhere
We tried Googling but couldn’t find any news pertaining to this. Chances are they might not be operational yet (if they are, trust me, we’ll be filled with complaint posts this morning).
However, with the system in place, all I’ve got to say is this:
Bedok-ers, time to wake up earlier tomorrow.
If you watch at least 10 minutes of brain rot content daily, you must know this:
