Indonesian Father Raped Daughter & Made Her Pregnant, Then Forced Her to Sleep With His Friend So He Won’t be Responsible

Some people are inhumane and one of such people is a 50-year-old Indonesian father who was found to have been raping his 18-year-old daughter since 2017.

Kompas reported that the teenager started to stay with her father in South Kalimantan when her parents got a divorce and split up.

However, while staying with her father, he molested her.

Somehow, her father found out she had already lost her virginity so he demanded to know who had laid hands on her before.

Coconuts reported that the girl told her father that one of her uncles raped her when she was just a child.

Rather than helping his own child, the girl’s father used this information to blackmail her into having sex with him.

The father raped his daughter more than once.

And one day, she realised she was pregnant with her father’s child.

That’s just so weird. The father’s going to be both the father and the grandfather?

At this point, her father demanded she get a boyfriend so that there was someone else to “take responsibility” of the baby.

When the daughter did not manage to get a boyfriend within two months, the father decided to force his daughter to sleep with his 57-year-old friend because he wanted to be able to hold someone else accountable for his daughter’s pregnancy.

He made his daughter sleep with said friend at least twice.

Miscarriage Didn’t Stop Her Father From Raping Her Again

The daughter then had a miscarriage but even that did not stop the father from wanting to rape her once more.

Thankfully, this time she pushed him away and managed to escape.

The victim said that her father would physically abuse her if she refused to have sex with him and because she could no longer take anymore of the abuse, she went to the police.

Both the victim’s father and his friend violated the Child Protection Law and they are currently facing a maximum jail term of 20 years and 15 years in prison respectively.

We just hope the victim will be able to get better now that the ordeal is over, no one should have to suffer anything like what she went through.

What is the child protection law?

In Indonesia, a child is defined as a person who is under the age of 18.

The child protection law was set up to protect children and give them rights so that they are able to grow and develop in a healthy environment.

Since 2016, Indonesia has increased the penalties of child sexual offences so now, people guilty of such charges could not only face imprisonment but also the death sentence, life in prison and chemical castration with female hormones(for male offenders).

Hopefully, the current laws in place will make people think twice before committing a crime.
