ITZY’s Yuna will make her K-Drama acting debut in tvN’s upcoming series Miss Undercover Boss. The fourth-generation idol will portray Hong Jang Mi, the younger sister of Park Shin Hye’s character Hong Geum Bo.

The casting marks a significant milestone for the 21-year-old performer, who debuted with ITZY in 2019.
Star-Studded Cast Assembles for tvN’s Financial Thriller
Miss Undercover Boss tells the story of an elite securities supervisor who uses her youthful appearance to infiltrate a securities firm during the IMF crisis in the late 1990s.
Park Shin Hye plays Hong Geum Bo, a 35-year-old ace securities supervisor who poses as a 20-year-old rookie employee to expose illicit activities.
Go Kyung Pyo will star as Shin Jung Woo, the new CEO of Hanmin Securities. His character is described as a corporate raider who returns to the Yeouido firm with dark ambitions.
Ha Yoon Kyung is in discussions to join the cast as Go Bok Hee, a diligent and devoted secretary to the president of Hanmin Securities. Her character will make a statement walking through Yeouido in a vibrant polka-dot dress and will drive one of the drama’s key narrative threads with her quirky nature.
Cho Han Gyeol also stars in the production.
Production Timeline and Industry Context
The drama is scheduled to air in the first half of 2026. Park Sun Ho, known for Business Proposal and Suspicious Partner, will direct the series.
Moon Hyun Kyung, who wrote Into The Ring, penned the screenplay. Celltrion Entertainment and Studio Dragon will handle production.
