Have no idea who this Japan man is?
Here’s a little recap of what happened from our previous article, with some added details.
Recap: Man in Japan Who Knows He Has COVID-19 Allegedly Went to a Bar to ‘Spread the Virus’
The elderly parents of a 57-year-old man in Gamagori were infected by the disease and hospitalised for fever and dyspnea, then found positive for COVID-19 on 3 March.

Subsequently, the man then tested positive for COVID-19 on 4 March 2020. At this point, he displayed no symptoms. But instead of being hospitalised, the local infectious disease ward in Aichi prefecture was reportedly full and the man was told to go home and self-isolate instead.
Which sounds like a disaster waiting to happen but what do I know about infectious diseases.
Like any responsible grown man that society had raised us to be, he isolated himself for 14 days and recovered after a mild fever without infecting anybody els- oh wait wrong script. That’s obviously not how the story went.
Instead, he told his family that he’s going to “spread the virus” and proceeded to do just that.
Presumably, he also laughed like the Joker and said something about society or something.
He took a taxi to a first bar for 15 minutes, then went to a second bar. At the second bar, which is a Filipino pub, he spent 40 minutes and put his arm around a woman, and also sang karaoke.
Oh, he also told the people there that he got the virus. Because that’s the shit crazy people do.
So they got the police to escort him to the hospital on 5 March.

On 12 March, a woman in her 30s who then worked at one of the bars tested positive for the virus.
The 57-year-old Died In the Hospital on 18 March 2020
And the headline is… actually all I have for you. Really, check the link for the news (here’s the Japanese one for those who can read) if you don’t believe me. They say that he “died in hospital”.
Here’s the thing if you want to put on a tinfoil hat.
There isn’t any indication of the cause of death according to the news.
Do with that information as you wish.

But more than likely he died from the virus lah.
