According to Mothership, Himeni, as he is known to his audience, is a makeup Youtuber who does female makeup transformations while still keeping his male voice.
The guy is pretty popular too, having over 68600 subscribers as of this writing.

Watching the video, it’s really impressive how much knowledge he has on the skill.

In this kind of cross-dress transformation, he notes that facial hair is one of the more important parts to cover up.
Himeni then proceeds to describe how to use certain products to cover up like a moustache and roughly how much is used each time.
The latter half of the video is spent doing up his eyes and eyelashes.
Stating that he never even used that particular brand of eyelashes before, Himeni still proceeds to put them on like a pro.
