A 42-year-old man was arrested on 13 Jun 2025 for suspected loanshark harassment after a pig head, liver, and pork skin were found at the main gate of a residential unit along McNair Road, Boon Keng.
The Singapore Police Force stated that the incident was reported at around 7:50pm on 12 Jun 2025.
Police investigations revealed that a debtor’s note was also left at the scene, alongside the animal parts in a plastic bag.

Officers from the Central Police Division used police camera images to identify and arrest the suspect.
The man is set to be charged in court on 14 Jun 2025 under the Moneylenders Act 2008.
For first-time offenders, the law provides for a fine between S$5,000 and S$50,000, imprisonment of up to five years, and caning of up to six strokes.
