A 13-year-old girl discovered her mother’s horrific plan when she read a text message on 25 Jun 2025.
The message revealed that her mother had agreed to let her 61-year-old boyfriend rape the child at a hotel in Kuala Lumpur.
13-Year-Old Girl Discovers Mother’s Sinister Plan Through Text Messages
In the messages, the 61-year-old expressed his desire to have sex with the teenager.
Her mother agreed. They arranged for the sexual assault to occur at a hotel in KL.
The teenager immediately ran to a friend’s house after reading the messages. She lodged a police report at the Pandan Indah Police Station on the same day.
Previous Sexual Assault While Mother Watched
The 13-year-old had already been sexually assaulted by the same man in mid-2024. Senior Assistant Commissioner Siti Kamsiah Hassan from the Sexual, Women and Children Division (D11) at Bukit Aman revealed the details.
The first assault occurred while the girl was asleep in her bedroom. She woke up to the sensation of being touched.
When she opened her eyes, she saw her mother and her mother’s boyfriend next to her.
The 61-year-old man then raped the child while her mother watched.
Police Arrest Both Suspects on Same Day
Assistant Commissioner Mohd Azam Ismail, the Ampang Jaya District Police Chief, confirmed both suspects were arrested. The 36-year-old mother works as a security guard. The 61-year-old man works as a trader in Kuala Lumpur.
Both suspects tested negative for drugs during their arrest. Neither suspect has any prior criminal records.
The court remanded both individuals for seven days until 4 Jul 2025. They will assist with the ongoing investigation during this period.
Police are conducting the investigation under Section 376 of the Penal Code, which covers rape offences.
